  1. Validity of the General Terms and Conditions and conclusion of contract

1.1 Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all legal transactions conducted via our website.

1.2 The contract is deemed to be concluded as soon as the provider confirms the order and the buyer receives it. If the provider does not send a confirmation within a reasonable period of time, the buyer must consider this as a rejection of the order and is released from the contract.

  1. Product and price

2.1 All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include processing and packaging costs. Shipping costs are not included and must be paid additionally at checkout.

2.2 The prices published on the website at the time of the order apply to customers. However, the provider reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time and to adapt them to the market.

2.3 Information on discounts and promotions can be found in the relevant details.

3.1 The delivery time varies between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the type and availability of the product. Products that are in stock or have been prefabricated are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks. For "Custom" and "Full Custom Design" products, a delivery time of 2-4 weeks must be expected. We do not cover the shipping costs. The provider ships the ordered product with FedEx. Temiz Web EF is not liable for obvious transport damage. However, FedEx is liable for significant damage to packages during shipping. If such damage occurs, it must be reported immediately to the transport company (FedEx) and to us.

  1. Right of withdrawal

4.1 There is a right of cancellation for all items purchased from us. The right of cancellation remains in effect until we have processed the order. The cancellation must be sent to swisscustomneon@gmail.com.

4.2 Custom-made products according to customer specifications (custom and full custom designs) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  1. Liability and warranty

5.1 The warranty for all products at Temiz Web EF is 24 months.

5.2 The guarantee does not apply or expires in the event of wear or consumption if the customer modifies the product or operates it outside of the specifications.

5.3 As soon as the product arrives at the customer, he is obliged to check it immediately for defects. In case of defects, please contact swisscustomneon@gmail.com.

5.4 If there is a defect, Temiz Web EF can decide whether to repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will be issued a credit note. Further warranty claims, in particular repair and installation costs, are excluded.

5.5 The technical data and images of our products are based on the information provided by the manufacturer. Temiz Web EF is not liable for this information.

  1. Payment terms

6.1 Payment is made via Mastercard or Visa.

  1. Retention of title

Temiz Web EF products remain the property of SwissCustomNeon until full payment has been made. The retention of title also extends to processed items and, in the event of resale, to the surcharge claim (extended retention of title).

The processing of personal data by Temiz Web EF is subject to the data protection regulations.

  1. Partial invalidity

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall have no influence on the validity of the remaining provisions.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 All legal transactions between the customer and Temiz Web EF are subject to Swiss law.

10.2 The place of jurisdiction is Biel.

All rights, including design, texts, videos and graphics on our website are subject to property and copyright. Any transfer to third parties requires the express written consent of Temiz Web EF.
